Each October, KW Signature transforms its parking lot into a space filled with families, laughter, and creativity for the annual Trunk or Treat event. This year marked the fifth anniversary, and it once again showed how our agents use community engagement as a powerful way to grow their business.
Agents Leading the Way
At KW Signature, every agent is encouraged to treat Trunk or Treat as their own event. They bring their creativity to life by decorating trunks, handing out candy, and hosting activities that make families feel welcome and connected. It’s an opportunity for agents to meet their clients face-to-face, reconnect with their database, and build relationships with new community members in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

Turning Community Moments into Marketing Content
Our office equips agents with branded marketing materials to promote the event across email, print, and social media. From customized flyers to digital graphics, every piece reinforces the agent’s brand while showcasing their involvement in the community. The result is more visibility, more conversations, and stronger client relationships.
Beyond the event itself, agents use Trunk or Treat as an opportunity to capture high-level social media content.
