On February 26, 2026, Keller Williams Signature hosted the Annual Awards at Anthonie’s Market Grill in Simonton, Texas. The event recognized agents who delivered results for their clients in a shifting market. Each award reflected consistent effort, problem solving, and professionalism.

Celebrating Our Award Winning Agents

The KW Signature Annual Awards are an opportunity to highlight agents who uphold our culture, standards, and commitment to clients.

Across every category, these wins were earned through:

Guiding clients through a complex real estate environment
Coordinating smooth, well managed transactions
Leading and supporting others in the office

Among many standout performers, individual agent Raquel Bell turned a challenging year into a record setting one. In 2025 she earned #1 Individual Agent for GCI, #1 Individual Agent in Closed Units, and #4 Individual Agent in Listings Taken Volume. She shared, “Everyone says that 2025 was not a great year for real estate. However, for me, thank you to all of my clients, family, friends, and also the leadership at Keller Williams Signature. I shined this year and it is all because of you.” She is “looking forward to a great 2026.”

We also recognized rising talent, including Rookie of the Year, Cintia Rivas. “I am so excited to be here. I won Rookie of the Year! Super excited, super proud,” Cintia said. “I am so glad to be part of an amazing group that is here to support you, here to be there to achieve your goals. I am so proud and honored and I am grateful.”

From the commercial side, KW Commercial agent Imtiaz Ali represented the strength of our commercial business. “Thank you everyone for this wonderful award, and especially the office,” he shared. “Being in the commercial world as a solo commercial agent, we do all commercial deals, especially on retails and land sites, and it was a wonderful day to receive an award from the leadership. Thank you, thank you once again.”
